A bit about me

My interests are eclectic.  I am largely self-taught and I study and play in various mediums from stitch to paint. I keep turning back to a collage format which includes many elements .  To this end I have found that short classes have helped my exploration of creative techniques

Sharing what I have discovered and learnt really floats my boat.  I run workshops in collage and assemblage on demand.

Major achievements include:

Two touring exhibitions with a group of talented fibre artists:

  • ‘WRAP unwrapped” was hung at a number of venues including NSW Parliament House Sydney in 2009.

  •  “MAPS – you  are here” which travelled up the coast commencing at Shoalhaven Regional Gallery, then McGlade Gallery at Strathfield Campus of ACU and ending at Cessnock Regional Gallery in March 2014.

  •  'Off the Beaten Track" at Shoalhaven Regional Gallery and  Cessnock Regional Gallery in 2019

  • Solo exhibitions at Creators Artspace Gallery in  Gateway Village Prescinct, Albury/Wodonga
